A few weeks ago, we brought home a beautiful apricot standard poodle puppy named Bella. Everyone said puppies are a lot of work, and many folks lifted their eyebrow when I said we were bringing ours home in mid February. Spring Forward with Self-Care

Spring is finally here after a long, snow-filled winter. It is a time for appreciating the miracle of nature’s splendors being reborn. I woke feeling down this morning consumed with worry for a close relative going through serious health problems.
