Stretch Your View of Self-Care

In a recent workshop, I shared a chart with four different categories of self-care activities with the goal of helping participants broaden their view of how to nurture themselves. I used physical, emotional, mental and creative categories and provided examples of each. The fact is we are all unique individuals with different preferences, strengths and time constraints.
